We bought one on clearance at one of the big outdoor sporting goods places (REI, Cabela's, Big Bass ??). It's just blue vinyl on four sides, with a zippered door, and a clear vinyl top to allow more light. It's supported by thin aluminum poles. I made a pallet like device out of wood to stand on. The outdoor shower provides much more 'maneuvering' room than the small indoor facility - plus you don't have to worry about getting the walls or floor wet! I'm sure this thing won't last for ever, but for $20 it was a good buy.
Be aware that some campgrounds won't allow you to discharge water onto your campsite area though.
