Easy Chicken and Rice dish
Judi's Chicken and Rice Dish
2 Boneless Chicken Breast
1 can of campell's cream of chicken soup
1 bag of White Rice Boil-in Bag
1/2 can of chicken broth
Take and boil the 2 chicken breast in about a quart of water or until the breast are cover with water.
Boil into the breast are done and set a side until cool enough to chop up. when cooled chop the chicken into shall pieces
Take the boil in Bag Rice and cook it in the broth that you cooked the chicken in for 10 mins. Then take out and set it a side
Take out enough of the left over broth that will equal a 1/2 of soup can of broth. You can use chicken broth if you would like too instead.
empty out the rest of the left over broth.
In the same pot that you cooked the chicken and broth. you will add you chopped chicken into and the can of chicken soup and the 1/2 of broth.
put back onto the burner and cook it on a medium heat and cooke until it is hot,and have thicken up some.And serve hot.
It's just as good warmed up if not better because all the until are really combined.
