Default Broken Sink Faucet

I had a leak and apparantly tightened it to much and broke the part that screws down. Can just this part be purchased? I called TM and left a message but they rarely return calls.

Also is there a schematic on removing the sink if I have to go that route?

Are you referring to the sink tap? Our sink tap froze and broke off at the base, just above the male threaded part. Found out it was broken when DW was using the sink and the water came shooting straight up while the tap took a dive into the sink. Finally tracked down a replacement at Camping World . . . but had to buy the entire faucet. I would think replacing the sink faucet in TMs would be similar to replacing a typical domestic faucet. Maybe the factory will send out a replacement tap.

Send an email to [email protected] with your information. He is the parts department.. from what I have gathered. He once told me that he is rarely at his desk and when I wanted parts to contact him via email. Last parts I ordered took two emails..

I will ditto Joseph on emailing Adam. I have ordered parts on two occassions and conducted the total transaction via email. Parts arrived timely and as ordered.

BTW...I have spent a few hours at the factory waiting as adjustments were completed on my unit. I can testify that Adam (and Ed, customer service manager) get a lot of pages and appear to stay very busy. Have met both in person and they are super customer service friendly.

Thanks guys. I found the exact replacement I needed at a hardware store in Naples. The RV shop only had complete faucets and I really didn't want to pull the sink just to replace the arm.

I am looking for this replacement part also....

I would totally buy a whole new one, just to get that part. I have been using the cork thing, but it's not working well anymore.

I've tried emailing trailmanor, but I never seem to get return emails on anything. I've had at least four emails go unanswered on various replacement parts. I realize I would get better response if I called, but my job doesn't allow me the ablility to call long distance during their business hours.

Can anyone tell me the brand of the faucet? Or the name of the part that's needed, so I can order one online from somewhere.

Or a better contact at trailmanor??? I've got six or seven parts I need to order and can't get anyone to assist.
