New Trailmanor at Bankston Sold
One of the few new Trailmanors available for sale at Bankston motorhomes in AL is now listed as sold: http://www.bankstonmotorhomes.com/pr...20qb-636134-29. There were several visible flaws, hopefully they were corrected for the new owners.

Did they hang the doors on the cabinet above the gas range upside down, or are the handles really supposed to be at the top?

Interesting, the lav door now appears to open inwards, wonder where you stand to close it ?

The photos show several interesting problems, just as they did last time we discussed this ad.
I believe that the cabinet that is over the sink (the short cabinet) belongs over the stove, and the tall cabinet that is over the stove belongs over the sink. The tall cabinet has a projection sticking out of the back, designed to fit over the step between the shells. In order to get that cabinet to fit the flat wall over the stove, they had to hang it upside down.
As for the lav door, I think it is simply not yet installed. If a salesman is going to walk a bunch of potential customers through the unit, he wants them to see the nice stuff in the bathroom. This is hard to do if the door is properly mounted, since it swings out and blocks the hallway.
I have to believe that these are old photos. I can't believe that they actually sold it this way.

And what ever happened to the Rise? Or the Rise truck camper? Both great designs/concepts, but they never seemed to come to fruition.

Bankruptcy happened, and it was in part due to Trailmanor's last excursion into a new brand, the Elkmont. You will notice that the last post in the Elkmont section of this forum is two years ago. I think a lot of them were returned, and there were lawsuits.

Oh YIKES! I had no idea there were issues with the Elkmont. Well, other than my own personal opinion that it was a silly idea for Trailmanor to even make a full size travel trailer - they needed to stick with their niche - hardside 'popups'.
