Default TM Parts Department

Anyone else having problems with parts department?

I was probably the last person to get service from the old Nebraska facility and owners. Worst $3000 spent in refurbishment. Broke more things than they fixed. So I waited for the transition to the new team in South Dakota before buying parts.

Last month I ordered parts. I've gotten wrong parts. I have called the parts department every day for over two weeks to get the issue resolved. No one picks up and no one calls back. For a while, their voicemail box was full and you couldn't leave a message. I called the main office last week and they said they could do nothing and to call the parts department again since they are located in a different area. Today I called the office again and they said they'd relay a message. The front office then called me back 5 minutes later and said parts department called me and I didn't answer. I sent him a screen shot of my phone showing that I never received a call. He said to call the parts department guy's cell phone (he gave me the number). It gets routed to the same voicemail box. I let the front office guy know that it just gets routed to voicemail too. His response "Well then he's probably on another call". That's it.

FYI all, if I do get the correct parts, I will fix my trailer and put it up for sale here. If anyone wants the biggest, baddest TM they made, the 3326. Let me know.

Apologize for the rant, but if you been through what I did in Nebraska with TM. You'd understand

Only experience I've had with the new factory, is I emailed them early this year inquiring about availability of a specific part. One of the corner plastic cover trim pieces.

They replied yes we have them, please call (some number) to order. It was probably a month or two before I actually got around to calling them, but they answered, took my order and I had it within a week.

I had very good experience both times I ordered parts.

Covid has hit S. Dakota recently. I don't know if that is the problem, but ...

TMIndustries- What is fake news?

Bill- I wouldn't be surprised if Sturgis was a big Covid spread... But how many at that rally were actually FROM Sturgis that it would cause an outbreak?

Bill - I've also seen some news reports that say what you stated.

My concern is that TMIndustries seems to be more interested in replying to your post (which I took as defending them) than working with a potential customer. Why not primarily try to make the customer happy?

I thought the same thing but thought Bill might know if it is legit. My posting was like a "trial balloon" to see if there would be a reply. I'm pretty sure that the people in SD check this forum. I've been to the factory there twice and talked with them for over two hours.

I have ordered quite a few maintenance parts for the 2006 2619 I recently purchased. On both occasions, i contacted Trailmanor by email and received a response very quickly. I had my parts with in a week. I ordered the plumbing guard on Tuesday and it delivered the following Monday. I am in California, so not close to the factory. I get part numbers and descriptions from the parts catalog on the website, and then ask for an invoice.
