Tub drain fixture leaks!

Thanks folks. Very satisfying after 4 days of MacGyvering. And quite enjoyed the burger in the afternoon, relaxing.

Now just hope that there were no leaks overnight, and I can put the cover back on and move on to the tires.

And before I do put that cover back on, I will take a peek around under the drain end of the tub - I caught the thread on the soft spot on the tub floor in that area, some folks had cracks, and Wavery and Bill and others - you all mentioned the big gap between the bottom of the tub around the drain and the floor. Since I will be spraying in some foam around the new hole on the bathroom floor for the relocated toilet drain, while I have the can out, maybe I can get something in under the front end of the tub while I have that cover off.
