Default Swing hitch

I've a 2619, and I'm interested on having the front hitch converted to a swing hitch, the spare mounted to the front, and having the rear "bumper" shortened.

The unit fits in our garage, but it would be convenient to have a bit more space.

My questions are:

Any suggestions on someone reliable in Southern California?

If I shorten the rear, and the factory bike rack still be installed, and work properly?

Has anyone done this recently, and do they have an idea of the cost?

Thanks!

Michael

I am also interested if a swing hitch can be added to an already purchased TM. I am interested in buying one that does not have one and would like to add on for the same reasons, shorter garage space.
Has anyone done this?
