I recently purchased a 2007 2720 Trailmanor and want to lubricate needed areas. I'm going to grease the axles. Any other recommended areas or parts such as the jacks? What type of lubricant is suggested?

Thx,
Dwayne

The trailer is 15-years-old. It is recommended to remove, inspect and repack the wheel bearings with grease every 12-24 months. You probably have no idea if it has EVER been done for sure. I would recommend that you have that done before driving another mile (maybe just my OCD).

You might want to clean the jacks really well with a degreaser. If they have been greased before, they may just be gunked up with dirt. They are designed to be run dry. At the most (after cleaning) you can run dry graphite on the threads. Those jacks are pretty cheap so if they are hard to use, I'd just replace them (I just did mine).

Have the brakes and brake magnets inspected. Check your tire age and air pressure. Torque your lugnuts to 90*.

Dry Lubricant with PTFE is your friend. It doesn’t attract and hold dirt, dust, or road grime. Clean the threaded rods on the jacks with a wire brush and spray with dry lube. Or just replace them like Wavery said. There aren’t really any line points in the lift system, but it doesn’t hurt to shoot some dry lube where the lift arms meet the pivot pins up in the pockets. Never stick your fingers up in there, just the spray can straw.
