Sofa/Chair Replacement
We have a 2009 3124KS. Sofa and chair are very, very uncomfortable! Has anyone ever replaced either or both? Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look to replace either or both. Thanks.

We recently recovered the couch and we pulled the bottom cushion out 6 inches and built a support for the old back cushion so it would not drop down behind the bottom cushion. We then made 3 pillows for the back. It now is more comfortable to sit on. We are currently looking at wicker chairs and other patio furniture to replace the chair.

My guess is that getting the new one in will be more difficult than getting the old one out. You do not say what model you have, but my sofa is not really a sofa, but several independent pieces that sit on frame pieces mounted to the TM.

Where is your heater? If it is under the current sofa, you will have a problem with the click clack fitting.

You probably have the couch out by now, but if you don't all you need is a cordless drill with a phillips # 2 bit. It comes out in very easy. Took me about 20 minutes and I am 66 year young.

I like the recover job! Did you do it yourself? I just bought a TM less than 2 weeks ago and I'm thinking of making a cover, but I have limited sewing experience, but my family thinks I can do anything with my sewing machine?

I once read a post...pretty sure on this site where someone took out their sofa and chair in their 3124ks or 2720sl ...then they built an attractive end table over the area for the heater. They purchased three beige or tan easy chairs from Target (I think). Two of the chairs went on either side of the end table and the third went where the origional chair goes.
I have searched but can't find the post or pics.
