Mike,
Thanks for replying to this thread even though you aren't a Trailmanor owner now. I will look through all of that when we get home, but the idea of Plexiglas appeals to me. I will check with my TM dealer first to see what they suggest, but I do think the frame must be warped or out of alignment somehow and that must be corrected or the same thing will happen. Closing a window should not shatter tempered glass.

There are one or two small bump stops in the vertical portion of the sliding window track, Sometimes one of them will slip around the bend and into the lower horizontal track causing binding while trying to close the window.
