Front Stone Cover

After much time spent looking, I am now the proud owner of a 2002 3124King. Overall it is good condition, but has some bumps and bruises, and a few things that need to be repaired.

One issue is the hold down pin for the front stone guard. Apparently it wore or broke off at some point, and the previous owner just put a bungee cord around the guard to keep it from flapping. See attached photo.

I looked at PPL motorhomes, and couldn't find anything that looks like this. Can someone help me with a part number or correct name to search on.

Also, cracks have developed in the upper corners of the guard, making it kind of floppy when set up. I suspect these will continue to run if not repaired. Does anyone know what material the guard is made of, and recommended repair methods? If it is ABS plastic, I can use the same technique I used on my old Apache hardside camper. Again, see photos of inside and outside.
