Default 2020 Trailmanor 2720QS in Scottsdale, AZ. $21,000 Free winter storage!

This is our third Trailmanor. We've loved them all. With one or another, we have camped in all 48 contiguous states, in all kinds of campgrounds, in all kinds of weather. And when you are not on the road, it stores in a standard garage. Now it can be yours!

Are you in snow country? A full-price sale includes optional FREE indoor storage in our garage until spring!

Will there be another TM in our future? You never know! Stay tuned.

This is the model with a queen bed in the rear and a convertible sofa in front - perfect for two people or a small family. It has been carefully maintained, with professional wheel bearing service and professional ready-for-the-road inspections every year. And when not on the road, it has spent most of its life in our garage. It has never seen hail, snow, ice, or road salt or sand. And never a leak! We bought it directly from the factory, and it has been partially maintained by the factory since then.

Standard and optional equipment is shown at https://trailmanor.com/2720-series. This trailer includes
Swing hitch
Motorized electric slide – I love it! On earlier slide-out models, you had to pull out the heavy front slide by hand. Now you just push a button and it glides out!
Cast aluminum 6-lug wheels on a 5200-pound Lippert axle
Upgraded to Load Range E 15” steel belted radial tires, ST225-75R15 with only 4000 miles
Self adjusting electric brakes
Factory installed plumbing guard, for protection against blowout damage.
Like-new awning - we have opened it only once
Hanging cabinets over sink and stove
"Dry" bathroom - sink, flush toilet, and shower
Thetford Electra-Magic self contained water-saving RV toilet with built-in black water tank
35 gallon gray water tank
Jack Digital HD TV-FM antenna
AM/FM Bluetooth stereo radio
Quick connect for outside grill
Rear hitch receiver
Optional solar panel and electric tongue jack are not included

Other high points include:
Non-smoking owners
Front and rear stoneguards
Marinco-style detachable 30-amp power cord
All Lights Off switch at the entry - handy when setting up or closing down
Dual electric switch on the water heater for added convenience and safety. It is found only on this trailer.
A pair of McKesh towing mirrors https://www.hensleymfg.com/products/mckesh-mirrors/
Two white water hoses (short and long - use one or both as needed)
Two outside cable TV cords (short and long)
Three dump hoses for short or long reach
12-volt compressor, jumper cables, ratchet straps, etc
Hydraulic bottle jack
Tongue jack wheel and ground plate
Mechanical toolbox - socket set, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, knives, etc
Electrical toolbox including multimeter, cutters, crimpers, terminals, spare fuses, etc
Original owner’s manual and 3-ring binder with manuals for various components and appliances.

PLUS - With a full-price sale, you get the option of FREE storage in our garage until spring. You can own it for Christmas, keep it out of this winter's snow and ice, and pay no storage charges!

Please contact us at [email protected] with questions. After finalizing the sale, I can walk you through setup/takedown, and you may video it if you like. Come on by!

K-Mike -

Come on down! The Valley of the Sun (Phoenix / Scottsdale area) is beautiful this time of year. Sunny and 75* most every day. Maybe warmer than Utah in winter?

In response to a query, many of you may remember me as the guy who designed and built the very successful Trail Manor screen doors for 10 years or so. That's the reason the email address that I am using in the ad sounds familiar. Same one I used for screen doors!

Bill,

You have any more of those screen doors? I'm just south of you in Chandler.
