Default Mounting A Solar Panel

I've tried every which way but loose and darn if I am able to manipulate bolts to fasten a solar panel to "Z" brackets that are already fixed to the TM roof. I have decided to glue down the aluminum squares, drill holes in them for the bracket screws and mount the panel by screwing down the brackets that I have already bolted to the panel.

Am I missing anything?

How much Loctite Depend 330 will I need to glue down 6 aluminum squares, each square being 6" x 6".

I do appreciate the help!

You're probably finished with your project but I got by with two kits P/N 20251, about $30 each. I used a somewhat different method but the surface area if you're using four 5"x5" pieces is about the same.
