Default Draining Black and Grey water

My sewer hose is kept in the rear bumper. And I would like to be able to dump without having to open the TM. I can't seem to get the grey cover off the bumper when the TM is closed. Should I be able to? 04--2720.

If we unlatch the two rear corner latches, we can lift the rear shell high enough to slide out the bumper's cover.

Sliding the cover off is not too difficult. Sliding it back on is. I am forever getting the cover under the center front support. Popping the corner latches to lift the rear shell an eighth of an inch helps.

It would also help if the rubber pads were slightly thicker. I have been tempted to shim them up a little.

I have no trouble getting mine off (although I do have to wiggle it a bit) but, like Wayne, it's difficult to get the cover back on top of that center support.

I don't think there is any reason to insist on getting the cover on top of that center front support. It wants to go under - so let it! I've done this for years, with two TMs (old-style cover and new-style cover) with no ill effects.

Chuckle ... Nope, I'm kind of on the opposite end of the spectrum. Sloppy disorganized disorder. Just ask my wife!
